Tivda was born inside JINADARI (PVT) LTD — a real clothing brand that was drowning in the same WhatsApp problem every Sri Lankan fashion shop knows: customers message all day, sizes and colours need answering, and orders get lost while staff are packing.
We built the technology for ourselves first. An assistant that knows the catalogue, answers in the language customers actually use, and closes orders while the team runs the shop. When it worked for us, we started offering it to other businesses.
